As a caffeine connoisseur, I’m here to tell you that this is false information. My go to has always been coffee and energy drinks. Both of which have given me a midday crash every time. I had always seen people drink Matcha Lattes and had always been against them. Until one day, my friend told me to get a Matcha Latte at Pura Vida and I was instantly hooked. 


This green, flavorful drink didn’t give me a crash like a coffee or energy drink would. It gave me the perfect pick me up. No anxiety. Just the right amount of energy to help me get through the day. Not only is it the perfect pick me up, but it also has many benefits to it as well.
